1. PURPOSE. -- The purpose of this TB is to provide a process that removes the existing flange ring and
replaces it with a new one of the same part number, however it is attached using seven rivets and H3151
Speedbonder Loctite.
2. PRIORITY. This TB is classified "URGENT".
3. END ITEM. The following end items shall have the hardware and bonding jumpers installed in accor-
dance with the instructions contained in Paragraph 10.
