Use clean hydraulic fluid(item 92, App F).(2) Install packing (34) on inlet side (see flowarrow) of check valve (11).(3) Install check valve (11) with flow arrow point-ing away from hydraulic pump (2).b. Install reducer (8) on pump (2).(1) Lubricate new packing (33) and threads ofreducer (8). Use clean hydraulic fluid(item 92, App F).(2) Install packing (33) on small side of reducer(8).(3) Install reducer (8). Use open end wrench.c. Install nipples (16) and (23) on pump (2).(1) Lubricate new packings (31) and (32), andthreads of nipples (16) and (23).
