ILLUSTRATED FIELD MANUFACTURE ITEMS LIST
SECTION I. INTRODUCTION
a. This appendix contains complete instructions for manufacturing parts in the field.
b. Section I contains the field manufacture items part number index. Section II contains the field manufacture
parts that are listed in tables. Section III contains the field manufacture parts that are shown in an illustration or
figure. Section IV contains the field manufacture tools.
c. Field manufactured parts are listed in TM 1-1520-238-23P. The parts have an MO or MF source code. The
source code is the first two positions of the source maintenance and recoverability (SMR) code. Refer to
TM 1-1520-238-23P for more information.
d. The part number index lists all items in alpha-numerical order. Each line contains the item part number,
nomenclature, and figure or table that describes the item. The applicable table or figure gives the information needed
to manufacture the part or tool.
e. Unless otherwise noted:
(1) All measurements are in inches.
(2) Angular measurements are 1/2 degree.
(3) Three place dimensions are 0.010 INCH.
(4) Two place dimensions are 0.030 INCH.
