f. Install protective caps on all outlets, bleed, and ambient ports (TM 1-1500-204-23).
g. Inspect (QA).
h. Install APU exhaust cover (para 1.59).
(1) Seal and secure APU intake. Use barrier material (item 32, App F) and tape (item 207, App F).
NOTE
Manufacturer requires that auxiliary power units stored outside be removed from storage and operated
every 60 days. Units stored in a protected environment must be operated once a year.
i. Install APU enclosure (para 15.42).
j. Secure access doors T250L, T250R, T290L, T290R, and L325 (para 2.2).
