(7) Place long tiedown rod-end (32) into top cle-
vis (33) of block (28).
(8) Complete installation of pin (27) through
block (28) and rod-end (32) to secure long
tiedown rod (12) to mast (21).
CAUTION
To prevent damage to jackpads or mast,
torque handle and clamp screw must be
tightened evenly.
d. Install arm (11) on mast (21) to hold jackpad
(24).
(1) Position arm (11) between main landing gear
wheels (34). Make sure two large holes (35)
with studs (36) are alined on bottom of mast.
(2) Loosen clamp screw (37) to allow maximum
free-play of clamp (38).
(3) Lift arm (11) to engage studs (36) with holes
(35).
(4) Install torque handle (26) through center hole
(39) of arm (11) to engage threads in bottom
of mast (21). Do not tighten handle (26).
