6.39.3. Removal
a. Remove rotor output shaft seal (1) from en-
gine nose gearbox output shaft (2).
(1) Remove seal (1) from shaft (2).
(2) Remove and discard packing (3) from seal
(1).
6.39.4. Cleaning
a. Clean removed and attaching parts or sur-
faces (para 1.47).
