10.4.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.4.5. Inspection
a. Check removed and attaching parts for nicks,
dents, cracks, or damaged threads. None al-
lowed.
10.4.6. Installation
a. Install arrestor (1) on bracket (3).
(1) Place end of arrestor (1) through opening (7)
in helicopter structure.
(2) Aline arrestor (1) with bracket (3) screw hole.
(3) Install screw (5) and washer (6).
(4) Place clamp (4) on sleeve (2).
(5) Place sleeve (2) over end of arrestor (1).
(6) Tighten clamp (4).
b. Inspect (QA).
c. Perform pressure refueling/defueling mainte-
nance operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
d. Install ammunition storage magazine
(TM 9-1090-208-23).
