REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
b. Install valve (15).
(1) Install four mounting bolts (16) with washers
(17) through mounting holes in valve (15).
(2) Install four spacers (18) on four bolts (16).
(3) Tighten four bolts (16).
c. Install hose (12) on valve (15).
(1) Lubricate threads of nipple (13). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Hold nipple (13). Install hose nut (14).
d. Install harness (10) through three straps (11)
in fuel cell (6).
e. Install receptacle (A58)J2 (5).
(1) One person lubricate new packing (9) in fuel
cell (6). Use petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Install packing (9) on receptacle (A58)J2 (5)
in fuel cell.
(3) One person insert receptacle (A58)J2 (5) in
fuel cell through opening in panel (8).
(4) Hold receptacle (A58)J2 (5). Second person
install nut (7) on receptacle (A58)J2 (5) in
pilot station.
f. Attach connector P942 (4) to receptacle
(A58)J2 (5).
g. Inspect (QA).
