FUEL TRANSFER VALVE AIR EXHAUST VENT TUBE REPLACEMENT – continued
10.79.3. Removal
a. Remove fuel transfer valve air exhaust vent
tube (1).
(1) Remove tube nut (2) from fitting (3) on air
valve (4).
(2) Loosen hose clamp (5).
(3) Remove tube (1) from hose (6).
10.79.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.79.5. Inspection
a. Check fitting on air valve for damaged threads
and cracks. None allowed.
b. Check hose for tears, cuts, and cracks. None
allowed.
