10.78.3. Removal
a. Remove fuel transfer valve air exhaust vent
tube coupler hose (1).
(1) Loosen hose clamps (2) and (3).
(2) Remove hose (1) from fuselage drain fitting
(4) and tube (5) with hose clamps (2) and (3).
(3) Remove hose clamps (2) and (3) from hose
(1).
10.78.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.78.5. Inspection
a. Check fuselage drain fitting and tube for
cracks, nicks, and gouges (para 10.1).
