FUEL TRANSFER PUMP DRAIN TUBE REPLACEMENT – continued
10.82.3. Removal
a. Remove fuel transfer pump drain tube (1).
(1) Remove two screws (2) and washers (3).
(2) Remove two clamps (4).
(3) Remove drain tube nut (5) from elbow (6).
(4) Pull tube (1) out of grommet (7).
10.82.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.82.5. Inspection
a. Check transfer pump elbow and fuselage
clamp brackets for cracks, nicks, or damaged
threads (para 10.1).
b. Check fuselage grommet for cracks or cuts.
None allowed.
