AUXILIARY FUEL TANK KIT (FOUR TANK) REMOVAL – continued
NOTE
Bracket removal is typical for both in-
board and outboard pylons.
g. Remove bracket (17) from pylons (1) and (11).
(1) Hold two bolts (18). Remove two nuts (19)
and washers (20).
(2) Hold bolt (21). Remove nut (22) and washer
(23).
(3) Remove bolts (18) and (21) and washers (23)
from bracket (17).
(4) Remove bracket (17).
NOTE
Reinstall bolts, nuts, and washers that
were removed and retained when brack-
et was installed.
h. Install retained attaching hardware through
pylons (1) and (11).
(1) Install two bolts (24) through two washers
(25) and pylons (1) and (11).
(2) Install bolt (26) through washer (27) and py-
lons (1) and (11).
(3) Hold two bolts (24). Install two washers (25)
and nuts (28) on bolts (24).
(4) Hold bolt (26). Install washer (27) and nut
(29) on bolt (26).
(5) Seal heads of bolts (24) and (26). Use sealing
compound (item 177, App F).
