10.142. AUXILIARY FUEL TANK KIT (FOUR TANK) REMOVAL – continued
s. Remove two elbows (40) from pylon (11).
(1) Hold two elbows (40). Remove two jam nuts
(77) and washers (78).
(2) Remove two elbows (40).
t. Remove elbow (40) and union (43) from pylon
(1).
(1) Hold elbow (40). Remove jam nut (77) and
washer (78).
(2) Hold union (43). Remove jam nut (79) and
washer (80).
(3) Remove union (43) and washer (80).
u. Remove hose (81).
(1) Remove dust cap (82) from retainer (83).
(2) Remove coupling half (84) from coupling half
(85).
(3) Wipe coupling half (85) with rag.
(4) Lubricate coupling half (85). Use antiseize
compound (item 29, App F).
(5) Install dust cap (82) to coupling half (85).
(6) Hold nut (86). Remove coupling (84).
