AUXILIARY FUEL TANK KIT (FOUR TANK) REMOVAL – continued
v. Remove hose (87).
(1) Remove nut (88) from shutoff valve (76).
(2) Remove dust cap (89) from retainer (90).
(3) Remove coupling half (91) from coupling half
(92).
(4) Wipe coupling half (92) with rag.
(5) Lubricate coupling half (92). Use antiseize
compound (item 29, App F).
(6) Install dust cap (89) to coupling half (92).
(7) Hold nut (93). Remove coupling half (91).
w. Remove valve (76).
(1) While reaching through LW9/RW9 access,
detach connector P141/P142 (94) from valve
(76).
(2) Remove sealing compound from four bolts
(95).
(3) While holding valve (76), remove four bolts
(95) and four washers (96).
(4) Remove valve (76) through LW9/RW9 ac-
cess.
(5) Attach connector P141/P142 (94) to dummy
receptacle (97).
x. On outboard pylon (1), detach connector P507
(98) from dummy receptacle (99).
y. Attach connector P507 (98) to actuator recep-
tacle (A90)J507 (100).
z. On inboard pylon (11), detach connector P507
(101) from dummy receptacle (102).
aa. Attach connector P507 (101) to actuator re-
ceptacle (A90)J507 (103).
