g. Remove two cargo straps (31) from main rotor
hub (32) and swashplate (25).
h. Install nylon washer (33) on bellcrank (2), if
removed.
(1) Lightly abrade mating surfaces until old adhe-
sive and surface of bellcrank (2) are free of
contaminants (glossy). Use cloth (item 47,
App F).
(2) Wipe bellcrank (2) free of contaminants. Use
methyl ethyl ketone (item 124, App F) and
cloth (item 51, App F).
(3) Wipe bellcrank (2) dry. Use cloth (item 51,
App F).
(4) Allow bellcrank (2) to air dry 30 to 120 MIN-
UTES.
