REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
b. Remove bellcrank (2) from bracket (8).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (9).
(2) Remove nut (10).
(3) Remove bolt (11), washer (12), and bushing
(13) from bracket (8) and bellcrank (2).
(4) Remove bellcrank (2).
(5) Remove bearing (14) and bushing (15).
c. Remove bracket (8) from airframe (16).
(1) With one person holding bolts (17), remove
four nuts (18) and washers (19).
(2) Remove four bolts (17).
(3) Remove bracket (8).
11.123.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
11.123.5. Inspection
a. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 11.5).
b. Check removed and attaching parts for corro-
sion (para 1.49).
c. Check all installed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.5).
d. Check all removed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.4).
