(1) Remove lockwire from bolt (16) and bolt (17).
(2) Remove nut (18).
(3) Remove bolt (17) and washer (19).
(4) Remove bolt (16) and washer (20).
(5) Remove lever (3) from shaft (15).
(6) Remove shaft (15) from housing (9).
