APU AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT - continued
16.36.3. Removal
CAUTION
Use utmost care when removing filter to
prevent particles trapped in the filter from
being dumped into the the APU.
a. Remove APU air filter (1) from APU inlet
screen (2).
(1) Unhook velcro strips (3) from each end of
filter (1).
(2) Remove and discard filter (1).
16.36.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe APU inlet area and inlet screen with a
clean rag.
16.36.5. Inspection
a. Check APU inlet screen for cracks, obstruc-
tions, and loose or missing parts (para 15.1).
