third digit is 0, 1, 2, or 3=F
If the fourth digit displayed on HOD is 5 or 1 and the
third digit is 4, 5, 6 or 7=E
If the fourth digit displayed on HOD is 6, or 2 and the
third digit is 0, 1, 2, or 3=D
If the fourth digit displayed on HOD is 6 or 2 and the
