(1) Cross Tube Assembly.
The cross tube assembly is located and mounted through the lower portion
of the center fuselage and extends from both sides of the fuselage. Each end is threaded for the installation of a
trailing arm retainer and two inline holes exist for installation of the end cap studs. Each end of the cross tube
has a band of polished chrome for wear resistance where the tube mates with the trailing arms and support
bearings. The support bearings are selflubricating ball bearings pressed into each pivot attachment assembly
which are mounted on each side of the fuselage. The pivot attachment assembly is the major support structure for
the helicopter (left and right) and is fastened to the fuselage.
