Go to paragraph 10–17. NO Go to step 21. 20. Check for short between (A402) TB3–28/29–K and ground. Does short exist? YES Replace terminal board (A402) TB3–28/29 (TM 1-1520-238-23). NO Go to step 21. 21. Detach wire at (A402)TB2–17–F. Check for short between TB3–28/29–K and ground. Does short exist? YES Repair shorted wire between (A402): TB3–28/29–K and TB2–17–F.
