b. On CPG instrument panel, check that
selectable digital display (fig. 1088)
edge-lights are lighted.
If CPG selectable digital display edge-light are not
lighted, refer to TM 1-1520-238-T-5 to troubleshoot
engine instruments.

c. On pilot master caution panel (fig. 1089),
press PRESS TO TEST indicator. On pilot
caution/warning panel (fig. 1090) EXT EMP
indicator is lighted.
If EXT EMP indicator is not lighted, replace lamp
(TM 1-1520-238-23). If lamp is still not lighted, refer to
TM 1-1520-238-T-6 to troubleshoot pilot
caution/warning system.

d. On pilot caution/warning panel (fig. 1090),
check that EXP EMP indicator is not lighted.
If EXT EMP indicator is lighted, go to
paragraph 10108.
e. On pilot FUEL panel (fig. 1091), set EXT
TK switch to ON.
f. Have assistant on aft deck check auxiliary
fuel tank pressure control valve.
If auxiliary fuel tank pressure control valve does not
open, go to paragraph 10102.
g. On pilot center circuit breaker panel
(fig. 1092), check FUEL TRANS circuit
breaker. Circuit breaker stays closed.
If FUEL TRANS circuit breaker does not stay closed
with EXT TK set to ON, go to paragraph 10103.
