i. Attach de-ice harness (14) (two places).
(1) Install eight screws (15) through two clamps
(16) and brackets (17).
(2) Install eight washers (18) and nuts (19).
(3) Install tiedown strap (two places).
j. Inspect (QA).
k. Install tail rotor blades (para 5.54).
