REPLACEMENT – continued
7.54.6. Installation
a. Install new plate (1) on servocylinder (2).
(1) Pre-form plate (1) to servocylinder (2).
(2) Install one side of new plate strap (3) on plate
(1).
(3) Apply thin layer of adhesive on plate (1) and
servocylinder (2). Use adhesive (item 6,
App F).
(4) Install plate (1) on servocylinder (2).
(5) Install other side of plate strap (3) on plate
(1). Trim excess length from strap (3).
(6) Hold plate (1) in place for 2 minutes.
(7) Allow 4 HOUR cure time.
b. Inspect (QA).
c. Install access panels L200, R200, or fairing
L540 (para 2.2).
