AFT FUEL CELL FUEL OUTLET BREAKAWAY VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
b. Install connector (7) on adapter (6).
(1) Lubricate threads of connector (7). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Install connector (7) on adapter (6).
(3) Turn connector (7) until seated and locking
teeth engage with adapter (6).
c. Install valve (11) on mounting pad (14).
(1) Install four bolts (12) and washers (13).
d. Install connector (10) on adapter (9) inside aft
fuel cell.
(1) Lubricate threads of connector (10). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Install connector (10) on adapter (9).
(3) Turn connector (10) until seated and locking
teeth engage with adapter (9).
e. Inspect (QA).
