PILOT FUEL PANEL CROSSFEED SWITCH REPLACEMENT (AVIM) – continued
WARNING
Soldering iron can cause severe
burns to personnel and start fires.
Observe all safety precautions when
using soldering iron. If injury occurs,
seek medical aid.
b. Solder nine identified wires (7) to switch (8).
(1) Solder nine identified wires (7) to terminals
(15) on switch (8). Use solder (item 189,
App F)
and
soldering
iron
(TM 55-1500-323-24).
c. Perform continuity test on nine wires (7). Use
multimeter (TM 55-1500-323-24).
d. Install bracket (1) on panel (2).
(1) Install two screws (4), flat washers (6), and
lockwashers (5).
(2) Install three screws (3).
e. Inspect (QA).
f. Install pilot fuel panel light indicating panel
(para 10.55).
