LEFT AUXILIARY FUEL TRANSFER TUBE REPLACEMENT – continued
10.86.3. Removal
a. Remove clamp (1) from left auxiliary fuel
transfer tube (2).
(1) Hold screw (3). Remove nut (4) and washer
(5).
(2) Remove screw (3).
(3) Remove clamp (1) from tube (2).
b. Remove tube (2) from union (6).
(1) Hold union (6). Remove nut (7).
c. Remove tube (2) from check valve (8).
(1) Hold valve (8). Remove nut (9).
10.86.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.86.5. Inspection
a. Check surrounding area for dents, nicks,
cracks, or damaged threads (para 10.1).
