NO. 1 ENGINE LOWER FUEL SUPPLY HOSE REPLACEMENT – continued
c. Remove three clamps (12) from fuel supply
hose (1).
(1) Remove three screws (13) and washers (14)
from clamps (12).
(2) Remove clamps (12) from hose (1).
(3) Feed hose (1) through bulkhead openings.
10.102.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.102.5. Inspection
a. Check fuel supply hose and breakaway valve
for cracks and damaged threads (para 10.1).
b. Check three clamp brackets for cracks and
damaged nutplates. None allowed.
c. Check transmission deck mounting hole for
cracks and other damage. None allowed.
10.102.6. Installation
a. Install hose (1) and three clamps (12).
(1) Insert hose (1) through bulkhead openings.
(2) Position three clamps (12) on hose (1).
(3) Aline clamps (12) with holes in brackets (15).
(4) Install one screw (13) and washer (14) in
each clamp (12).
(5) Tighten screws (13).
