NO. 2 ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY HOSE REPLACEMENT – continued
10.103.6. Installation
NOTE
Hose elbow points aft when installed.
a. Install hose (1) on valve (12).
(1) Lubricate new gasket (7) on both sides. Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Place gasket (7) and hose flange (13) on
valve (12). Aline bolt holes.
(3) Install four bolts (5) and washers (6) through
flange (13) and gasket (7).
b. Install hose (1) on union (2) on main transmis-
sion deck (3).
(1) Lubricate threads of union (2). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Hold union (2). Install nut (4). Use open end
wrench and crowfoot.
c. Install clamp (8) on hose (1).
(1) Install screw (9) through clamp (8). Hold
screw (9). Install washer (11) and nut (10) on
screw (9).
