NO. 2 ENGINE FIREWALL BREAKAWAY VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
b. Remove valve (1) from firewall (5).
(1) Remove four bolts (6) and washers (7).
(2) Pull and rotate valve (1) from firewall (5).
(3) Remove and discard gasket (8).
10.105.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.105.5. Inspection
a. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 10.1).
10.105.6. Installation
a. Install valve (1) on firewall (5).
(1) Place new gasket (8) on valve (1).
(2) Insert and rotate valve (1) through opening in
firewall (5).
(3) Aline mounting holes of valve (1) with holes in
firewall (5).
(4) Install four bolts (6) and washers (7).
