FUEL BOOST PUMP, MOTOR, AND DRAIN TUBE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
f. Install tube assembly (10) on motor (5).
(1) Lubricate threads of nipple (11). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Hold nipple (11). Install tube nut (12).
g. Install hose (8) on motor (5).
(1) Slide hose (8) and clamp (9) on motor (5).
(2) Tighten clamp (9).
h. Install hose (4) on motor (5).
(1) Lubricate threads of nipple (6). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Hold nipple (6). Use open end wrench. Install
hose nut (7).
i. Inspect (QA).
j. Perform fuel crossfeed/boost system mainte-
nance operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
k. Install access cover (1).
(1) Install 12 screws (2) and washers (3).
l. Install HARS (TM 11-1520-238-23).
m. Secure access door R295 (para 2.2).
