REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
10.134.6. Installation
a. Install hose (5) on T-fitting (13) in ammunition
bay. Torque hose nut (14) to 120 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Hold T-fitting (13) across flats.
(2) Install nut (14) on T-fitting (13).
(3) Torque nut (14) to 120 INCH-POUNDS. Use
torque wrench.
(4) Install hose (5) over tube that holds tube
clamp (12).
b. Install other end of hose (5) on valve (6) on
deck (2). Torque hose nut (7) to 120 INCH-
POUNDS.
(1) Hold valve (6).
(2) Install nut (7) on valve (6).
(3) Torque nut (7) to 120 INCH-POUNDS. Use
torque wrench.
c. In ammunition bay, install hose (5) in hose
clamp (8).
(1) Adjust hose (5) to correct location for clamp
(8).
(2) Install clamp (8) on hose (5).
(3) Install screw (10) through washer (11), tube
clamp (12), and clamp (8).
(4) Install nut (9) on screw (10).
