REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.131.3. Removal
a. Remove CPG collective push-pull rod (1) from
collective support (2).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (3).
(2) Remove nut (4).
(3) Remove bolt (5), washer (6), and bushing (7).
(4) Remove rod end (1).
b. Remove push-pull rod (1) from bellcrank (8).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (9).
(2) Remove nut (10).
(3) Remove bolt (11), washer (12), and bushing
(13).
(4) Remove rod end (1) from bellcrank (8).
(5) Remove rod (1).
11.131.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
11.131.5. Inspection
a. Check removed and attaching parts for
cracks. None allowed.
b. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 11.5).
c. Check removed and attaching parts for corro-
sion (para 1.49).
d. Check all installed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.5).
e. Check all removed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.4).
