REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
NOTE
A laminated spacer is installed between
the bracket and the airframe. Use care
when removing the bracket to prevent the
spacer from delaminating.
c. Remove bracket (8) from airframe (14).
(1) Remove three nuts (15) and washers (16).
(2) Remove bolt (17).
(3) Remove two bolts (18).
(4) Remove bracket (8) and spacer (19).
11.132.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
11.132.5. Inspection
a. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 11.5).
b. Check removed and attaching parts for corro-
sion (para 1.49).
c. Check all installed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.5).
d. Check all removed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.4).
