attaching wires and connectors. High
current 28 VDC or 115 VAC is present.
Failure to do so could result in death or
serious injury.
1. On refueling panel, with FUEL QTY switch at
IND ON and REFUEL VALVE switch at OPEN,
press REFUEL VALVE OPEN indicator.
Does indicator light?
YES
Go to step 4
NO
Go to step 2.
2. On pilot center circuit breaker panel, check
FUEL FILL circuit breaker.
Does circuit breaker stay closed?
YES
Go to step 3.
NO
Go to paragraph 1087.
3. Check for open between:
CB32 and (A402)TB213Z,
(A402)TB213Y and P2603.
Does open exist?
YES
Repair open wire between:
CB32 and (A76)J1A,
P463A and P429B20,
(A402)J23B20 and
(A402)TB213Y,
(A402)TB213Y and
(A402)J31A9,
P444A9 and P2603.
Go to paragraph 1076.
NO
Refer to TM 1-1520-238-T-6 to
troubleshoot circuit protection
system (dc emergency bus
pilot station).
4. Check for open between:
P26011 and P2511,
P2513 and P444A4.
Does open exist?
YES
Repair open wire.
Go to paragraph 1076.
NO
Go to step 5.
5. With P260 attached to (A57)J1. Check for
28 VDC at P2511.
Is voltage present?
YES
Go to step 6.
NO
Replace refueling panel
(TM 1-1520-238-23).
6. Check for 28 VDC at P444A4.
Is voltage present?
YES
Go to step 7.
NO
Replace fuel transfer shutoff
valve (TM 1-1520-238-23).
