current 28 VDC or 115 VAC is present.
Failure to do so could result in death or
serious injury.
1. On refueling panel, press each PRESS TO
TEST indicator.
Do indicators light when pressed?
YES
Go to step 2.
NO
Go to paragraph 1078 to
troubleshoot REFUEL VALVE
OPEN indicator.
2. Check for 28 VDC at P444B16.
Is voltage present?
YES
Go to step 3.
NO
Go to step 4.
3. Check for open between (A402)J31B16 and
P915A5.
Does open exist?
YES
Repair open wire between:
(A402)J31B16 and
(A402)TB232L,
(A402)TB232M and
(A402)J16A20,
P440A20 and P915A5.
Go to paragraph 1076.
NO
Go to step 5.
4. Check for open between P444B16 and
P2604.
Does open exist?
YES
Repair open wire.
Go to paragraph 1076.
NO
Replace refueling panel
(TM 1-1520-238-23).
5. Check for 5 VDC at P26012 while assistant
presses bit TEST button on FSC.
Is voltage present?
YES
Go to step 6.
NO
Go to paragraph 1047 to
troubleshoot fuel quantity
indication/transfer system.
6. Check for open wire between P26014 and
P26015.
Does open exist?
YES
Repair open wire between:
P26014 and GS361A,
P26015 and GS361B.
Go to paragraph 1076.
NO
Replace refueling panel
(TM 1-1520-238-23).
