Target site that was being used during event
recorded (site number range is 0 - 99)
EVENT START TIME
Specific time that event started; this is
associated with MET
EVENT END TIME
Specific time that event ended; this is as-
sociated with MET
EVENT EXPOSURE TIME
Length of time that event lasted; this is the
difference between event start and end times
