FPLN Second Level Page
2. Three special symbols are associated with Ac-
tive FLYTOs and Active TGTs on these pages.
An Asterisk (*) symbol displayed to the right of a
TGT or WPT designator (TXX or WXX) indi-
cates that location as the Active FLYTO loca-
tion. Similarly, an outlined cross ( ) symbol in-
dicates the location is the Active Target location.
A pound (#) symbol displayed to the right of the
designator indicates that point as being BOTH
the Active FLYTO and the Active TGT location.
3. With either the TGT or WPT LIST page dis-
played, entry of a valid Coordinate Symbol (TXX
or WXX with valid coordinates previously en-
tered) into the scratchpad and depression of any
of VABs 14 will cause the scratchpad entered
data to become the Active FLYTO location. De-
pression of any of VABs 58 will cause the
scratchpad entered data to become the Active
TGT location. With an invalid coordinate symbol,
the ERROR message is displayed in the
scratchpad.
Line 1. Displays waypoints 01 02 03 in the Lefthand
character field; waypoints 13 14 15 in the righthand
character field.
Line 2. Displays centered title WPT LIST.
Line 3. Displays waypoints 04 05 06 in the Lefthand
character field; waypoints 16 17 18 in the righthand
character field.
Line 4. Blanked.
Line 5. Displays waypoints 07 08 09 in the Lefthand
character field; waypoints 19 20 in the righthand char-
acter field.
Line 6. Blanked.
Line 7. Displays waypoints 10 11 12 in the Lefthand
character field; waypoints 2140 in the righthand char-
acter field.
Line 8. Scratchpad.
b. Waypoint Coordinate (WPT COORD) Page. De-
pressing the FPLN FAB displays the Waypoint List
(WPT LIST) page. The selection and depression of a
specific VAB (Table 3-22.5) will result in the display of a
desired set of coordinates.
NOTE
All data and messages depicted in displays
are typical representations.
The accessing of the sample waypoints and coordinates
shown in figure 3-25.8 is the result of depressing the
FPLN FAB, then VAB 8, then VAB 2. VAB functions for
the displayed waypoint coordinate page are explained in
table 3-22.6.
