7.27.3. Removal
a. Remove articulating link (1) from piston (2).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (3) from bolt
(4).
(2) Remove nut (5) and bolt (4).
(3) Remove link (1) from piston (2).
b. Remove piston (2) from piston bore (6).
c. Remove and retain scraper ring (7) and two
retainers (8) from piston bore (6).
(1) Remove and discard packing (9).
7.27.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
