FORWARD FUEL CELL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY HOSE REPLACEMENT – continued
b. Install hose (7) on relief valve (8).
(1) Lubricate threads of valve (8). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Install hose nut (9) on valve (8).
(3) Hold valve (8). Tighten hose nut (9).
CAUTION
Position and locate clamps so that hoses
will not contact and chafe each other.
c. Install clamps (1), (2), and (3).
(1) Install clamp (2) on hose (7).
(2) Position and hold clamp (1) around hose (13),
clamp (2) around hose (7), and clamp (3)
around hose (14).
(3) Install screw (6) through clamps (1), (2), and
(3) and washer (5).
(4) Install nut (4) on screw (6).
d. Inspect (QA).
e. Install forward fuel cell aft access panel and
aft cover (para 10.8).
f. Perform fuel crossfeed/boost system mainte-
nance operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
