10.36.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
10.36.5. Inspection
a. Check hose nuts for cracks, nicks, and dam-
aged threads (para 10.1).
10.36.6. Installation
CAUTION
Jet fuel will cause external surface of fuel
cell to swell, delaminate, and leak if al-
lowed to contact the fuel cell more than
72 HOURS. Keep jet fuel away from the
outside of fuel cells.
a. Install valve (1) in fuel cell (2).
(1) Place six washers (8) on three mounting pads
(9).
(2) Aline valve (1) with mounting pads (9).
(3) Install three bolts (6) and lockwashers (7).
