AFT FUEL CELL REMOVAL – continued
CAUTION
Ensure that relief valve is venting proper-
ly.
u. Inflate fuel cell (1). Use vacuum cleaner.
(1) Install pressure filler (57) on plug (49).
(2) Turn shutoff valve knob (51) fully counter-
clockwise to open valve (52).
(3) Install vacuum cleaner (53) on pressure filler
(57).
(4) Start vacuum cleaner (53).
(5) Turn pressure filler regulator knob (58) clock-
wise until 2 psi is indicated on pressure regu-
lator gage (59).
NOTE
Pressure fill assembly relief valve will be-
gin venting pressure at approximately 0.5
psi.
(6) Continue to apply pressure until fuel cell (1) is
fully inflated.
(7) With air pressure still flowing, turn shutoff
valve knob (51) fully clockwise, to keep fuel
cell (1) inflated.
(8) Shutoff vacuum cleaner (53).
(9) Remove vacuum cleaner (53) from pressure
filler (57).
