AFT FUEL CELL INSTALLATION – continued
10.50.3. Installation
a. Remove
and
discard
bracket,
P/N 7-311113220-29.
b. Remove and discard two foam fillers,
P/N 7-311930050-12 or 7-311930050-14 and
7-311930050-11 or 7-311930050-13, from for-
ward end of aft fuel cell.
c. Remove hose assembly, pressure refueling
aft, P/N 7-211642009-3, and replace with hose
assembly,
pressure
refueling
aft,
P/N 7-211642009.
d. Check fuel cell cavity (1) for foreign objects.
e. Position fuel cell (2) on blanket (3). Use blanket
from fuel cell kit.
f. Remove tape (4) from fuel cell (2).
g. Inspect fuel cell (2) (para 10.1).
NOTE
Steps h. thru n. install six covers and one
plug. To install covers, use bolts and
washers that attached parts removed
from fuel cell.
h. Install cover plate (5) on boost pump mount-
ing pad (6).
(1) Install six bolts (7) and washers (8).
