CPG FUEL PANEL PILOT OVERRIDE SWITCH REPLACEMENT (AVIM) – continued
10.65.5. Inspection
a. Check wires for damaged connections, cuts,
and wear (para 10.1).
b. Check panel for cracks, dents, and damaged
hardware. None allowed.
10.65.6. Installation
a. Install switch (2) in panel (5).
(1) Insert switch (2) through lockwasher (7), key
washer (8), and panel (5) so that tab (9) seats
in locating hole (10).
(2) Adjust length of switch (2) through panel (5).
Use adjustment nut (11).
(3) Install nut (6).
b. Attach nine identified wires (1) to switch (2).
(1) Install nine screws (3) through lockwashers
(4) and terminals on wires (1) into switch (2).
c. Perform continuity test on nine wires (1). Use
multimeter (TM 55-1500-323-24).
d. Inspect (QA).
e. Install CPG fuel panel light indicating panel
(para 10.63).
