10.138. AUXILIARY FUEL TANK KIT (TWO TANK) REMOVAL – continued
10.138.3. Removal
a. Remove hose (1) from reducer (2).
(1) Hold reducer (2). Remove nut (3).
b. Remove reducer (2).
(1) Hold coupling (4). Remove reducer (2). Use
open end wrench.
c. Remove hose (5) from coupling (6).
(1) Hold coupling (6). Remove nut (7). Use open
end wrench.
d. Remove quick-disconnect couplings (4) and
(6).
(1) Loosen eight screws (8) on bracket (9).
(2) Slide four retainers (10) open. Remove cou-
plings (4) and (6).
(3) Slide four retainers (10) closed.
(4) Tighten eight screws (8).
e. Remove bracket (9) from pylon (11).
(1) Hold two bolts (12). Remove two nuts (13)
and washers (14).
(2) Hold bolt (15). Remove nut (16) and washer
(17).
(3) While holding retaining bracket (9), remove
two bolts (12), two washers (14), bolt (15),
and washer (17).
(4) Remove bracket (9).
