CPG LOCK RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
b. Install lever (2) with idler lever (7) in fitting
(11).
(1) Install shaft of lever (2) through fitting (11).
(2) Hold lever (2).
(3) Install washer (14) and nut (13).
(4) Install new cotter pin (12).
c. Install lower link (6) on idler lever (7).
(1) Position link (6) inside idler lever (7) and aline
mounting holes.
(2) Install pin (10) through idler lever (7) and link
(6).
(3) Install washer (9) on pin (10).
(4) Install new cotter pin (8) through pin (10).
d. Install upper link (1) on lever (2).
(1) Position link (1) inside lever (2) and aline
mounting holes.
(2) Install pin (5) through lever (2) and link (1).
(3) Install washer (4) on pin (5).
(4) Install new cotter pin (3).
e. Inspect (QA).
