11.109. LATERAL F.S. 164.95 BELLCRANK BRACKET ASSEMBLY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.109.3. Removal
a. Remove push-pull rod (1) from bellcrank
bracket assembly (2).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (3).
(2) Remove nut (4).
(3) Remove bolt (5), washer (6), and bushing (7).
(4) Remove rod (1) from bellcrank (2).
b. Remove bellcrank (2) from bracket (8).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (9).
(2) Remove nut (10).
(3) Remove bolt (11), washer (12), and bushing
(13) from bracket (8) and bellcrank (2).
(4) Remove bellcrank (2) from bracket (8).
(5) Remove bearing (14) and bushing (15).
c. Remove sealing compound from faying sur-
face of bracket (8).
d. Remove bracket (8) from airframe (16).
(1) With one person holding bolts (18) and (19),
remove four nuts (20) and washers (21).
(2) Remove two aft bolts (19).
(3) Remove two forward bolts (18).
(4) Remove bracket (8).
