11.148. CPG DIRECTIONAL SHEAR PIN ACTIVATED DECOUPLER (SPAD) ASSEMBLY

11.148.3. Disassembly
a. Remove external spring guide (1) from arm
assembly (2).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (3).
(2) Remove straight-headed pin (4), washer (5),
and bushing (6).
(3) Remove guide (1) and spring (7).
b. Remove internal spring guide (8) from switch
actuator shaft (9).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (10).
(2) Remove straight-headed pin (11) and two
washers (12).
(3) Remove guide (8).
c. Remove shaft (9) from arm (2).
(1) Remove two rivets (13) from lever (14) and
cam (15) (TM 1-1500-204-23).
(2) Remove shaft (9), lever (14), and cam (15).
d. Remove arm (2) from arm (16).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (17).
(2) Remove nut (18) and washer (19).
(3) Remove bolt (20), washer (21), and bushing
(22).
(4) Remove arm (2).
