11.165. DIRECTIONAL F.S. 156.07 BELLCRANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.165.3. Removal
a. Remove rod ends (1) and (2) from bellcrank
(3).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (4).
(2) Remove nut (5) and bushing (6).
(3) Remove bolt (7) and washer (8) from bell-
crank (3) and rod end (1).
(4) Remove and discard cotter pin (9).
(5) Remove nut (10) and bushing (11).
(6) Remove bolt (12) and washer (13) from bell-
crank (3) and rod end (2).
b. Remove bellcrank (3) from pilot collective
support (14).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (15).
(2) Remove nut (16) and washer (17).
(3) Remove bolt (18), washer (19), bellcrank (3),
and rotor control pivot (20).
11.165.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
