attaching wires and connectors. High
current 28 VDC or 115 VAC is present.
Failure to do so could result in death or
serious injury.
1. On pilot cyclic stick, set FORCE TRIM switch
ON. With relay (A402)XK19/10 removed,
check for 28 VDC at K19/10X1.
Is voltage present?
YES
Go to step 11.
NO
Go to step 2.
2. Check for 28 VDC at (A402)TB39K.
Is voltage present?
YES
Go to step 5.
NO
Go to step 3.
3. Check for 28 VDC at P441B10.
Is voltage present?
YES
Repair open wire between
(A402):
TB39K and J24B10.
Go to paragraph 1112.
NO
Go to step 4.
4. Check for 28 VDC at (A76)J1Y.
Is voltage present?
YES
Repair open wire between
P463Y and P441B10.
NO
Refer to TM 1-1520-238-T-6 to
troubleshoot TRIM circuit
breaker (CB87), circuit
protection (dc emergency bus
pilot station).
5. Check for 28 VDC at (A402):
K19/10A2,
K19/10B2,
K19/10C2.
Are all voltages present?
YES
Go to step 6.
NO
Repair open wire between
(A402):
K19/10A2 and TB39J,
K19/10B2 and TB39H,
K19/10C2 and TB39G.
Go to paragraph 1112.
6. Check for open between (A402):
K19/10A2 and K19/10A3,
K19/10B2 and K19/10B3,
K19/10C2 and K19/10C3,
K19/10X1 and K19/10X2.
Does open exist?
YES
Replace relay XK19/10
(TM 1-1520-238-23).
NO
Go to step 7.
